A biker with developmental disabilities hit a pensioner at a pedestrian crossing in St. Petersburg – accelerating to 100 meters in the city and ignoring the red light in front of him.
Everything that happened was recorded on camera by the motorbike dunce’s partner, and the result was a confident thriller for 2.5 minutes.
