A new shopping mall in Warsaw. The investor revealed the details

The project investor, APM Development, revealed the first details about the investment called Plac Wiślany. The facility is to be a local competition for the popular Galeria Mokotów and become a new meeting point for residents of this part of the capital.

Construction works are already underway in a strategic point of the district – at the intersection Fighting Poland Avenue and Batalionu Home Army Street “Bałtyk”. The investor's representative, Tomasz Sychowicz, in an interview with “Super Express” revealed the first iconic brands that signed lease agreements.
Vistula Square will feature, among others: Ladybird (grocery discount store), DM Drugstore (German drugstore chain), Media Expert (electromarket), Action (daily necessities store) as well Green Caffe Nero (popular cafe).
The investor emphasizes that this is just the beginning. “The next chain tenants are in the process of finalizing contracts,” says Sychowicz, promising regular reporting on progress in the commercialization of the facility.

In the spirit of the 15-minute city
The architectural concept of Vistula Square is firmly rooted in modern urban trends, and specifically in the idea of the so-called 15-minute city. Designers strive to ensure that local residents can meet all their most important shopping, cultural and service needs within a short walk from the house.

The complex is supposed to offer over 30 different venues commercial and service points. An important element of the project will also be a relaxation zone – a green square planned opposite the main entrance to the building, which is intended to promote integration of the local community.
There is an opening date
The investment in Siekierki is a direct response to the housing boom in this area. New housing estates need developed commercial infrastructure.
According to the current schedule, the first customers will shop at Plac Wiślany in mid-2027 It will join the wide portfolio of well-known Warsaw retail giants, such as Westfield Arkadia, Złote Tarasy, Promenada and Blue City, but in a much more intimate, local version.
