The governor assessed how such work is being carried out in Krasnoyarsk Lyceum No. 11 – last year heAfter the overhaul, it received modern equipment and digital solutions that help the team work more efficiently. The teachers told the head of the region how new technologies relieve them of some of the routine work and save time, which now goes directly to communicating with students. For example, all premises are involved in the educational process, children study in the first shift – this frees up time for individual work and additional education. We created comfortable conditions for teachers: they abandoned chalk and switched to interactive panels with built-in educational materials.

Mikhail Kotyukov emphasized that this experience is not isolated: “A separate area is reducing the paperwork load on teachers. In 59 educational organizations of the region, 235 local acts and 269 unnecessary reports with which teachers were loaded have already been abolished. Now nothing stops them from focusing on the quality of education.”
In 2025, 19 educational institutions of the region became participants in the Labor Productivity project – they are introducing elements of lean technologies into their activities. These are: rational organization of the school schedule and educational spaces, implementation of programs in a network form – using the resources of partners. In 2026, these developments are planned to be scaled up in more than 300 schools.
“The key task is to ensure economic growth and increase the efficiency of resource use. School teams are also working on these tasks. Lean technologies free up time for core work. Professionals should mind their own business, and solve unusual problems using digital technologies and process optimization,” says the head of the region.
Mikhail Kotyukov instructed to determine the best practices based on the experience already gained. At the next stage, they will be offered for use in all educational institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
