Lightning struck the S7 plane during yesterday's hurricane. The plane was flying from Moscow to Novosibirsk.
According to Mash, traces of the impact were found during the post-flight inspection. The discharge probably hit the plane while climbing. Fortunately, none of the passengers were injured. The flight successfully reached Novosibirsk.
Now the A-321 has been suspended from flights and taken away for repairs.
