The government reinstated the right to use candles for birthday parties in closed commercial or public catering spaces, including wedding tents. Also, the Executive reformulated the provision, previously adopted, which prohibited the use of open flame for the preparation of food in the presence of the consumer, in restaurants. The government had imposed these bans in March, through an emergency ordinance.
