At least 140 flights were canceled at Frankfurt Airport due to the entry of environmental activists who “glued” themselves to the runways.
Eight violators were detained, after which the departure and landing of planes resumed.
During this time, more than 50 planes were redirected to other airports, and several thousand people did not get on their flights.
