Adrian Șut won the title in the United Arab Emirates and imitated Cristi Chivu

Adrian Shut (27 years old), the former midfielder from FCSBwon the title in the United Arab Emirates with Al Ain and celebrated the triumph in the dressing room by dancing to the song “Made in Romania”, just as Cristi Chivu (45 years old) also celebrated winning the championship in Serie Aon his bench Inter.

Adrian Șut started and scored 76 minutes in Al-Ain's 5-0 away win over Al Sharjah, a success that sealed the title win in the United Arab Emirates.

With one stage before the end, Al-Ain has 62 points, with a difference of 6 from the only contender, Al-Ahli Dubai.

Transferred this winter from FCSB for €1.5m, Adrian Șut made 10 appearances for Al-Ain in the United Arab Emirates Championship, scoring a goal in a 3-2 win over Bani Yas on 22 February.

Al-Ain officially won the title in the 24th stage, after 5-0 with Al Sharjah, and Adrian Șut celebrated the triumph in the dressing room with the song “Made in Romania”, which became famous worldwide.

In a similar style, Cristi Chivu celebrated winning the title in Serie A with Inter, when the acoustics on “Giuseppe Meazza” were taken over by the song performed by Ionuț Cercel.

Although he has only been at Al-Ain for a few months, Adrian Șut did not convince in the United Arab Emirates, and this summer he could change the championship. Gazeta Sporturilor exclusively announced that the double Superliga champion is on the list of Frosinone, a team that is one step ahead of Serie A.

There is also the option for Adrian Șut to return to FCSB, after Gigi Becali expired his interest in bringing him back: “Shit… I heard that over there now in the summer… We're taking it back, what are we going to do? He didn't really settle down. He controls the game well, but I want a faster, more aggressive one“.

Adrian Șut ticked off 212 official matches at FCSB, during which he scored 16 goals. In the 5 and a half years spent at the club, the midfielder won two Superliga titles and two Romanian Supercups.
