“Moscow has once again ignored a realistic and fair call for a cessation of hostilities, supported by other states and international organizations,” the diplomat said.
Sibiga emphasized that the Kremlin’s actions indicate Russia’s refusal to take real peaceful steps, and called statements about a possible “truce” on May 9 fake.
“[Нелегитимного президента России Владимира] Putin only cares about military parades, not human lives,” the minister said.
The Foreign Ministry emphasized that this position of the Kremlin requires increased international pressure on Russia.
