The document was prepared by Vladislav Davankov and Georgy Arapov. According to “new people,” many pedophiles, rapists and murderers change their passport information after serving time in prison to hide their dark past. This means they put other Russians at risk.
One of the striking examples is the deanon of blogger/coach Valentin Shishkin. He caught the hype on Yulia Menshova’s podcasts, when he poured water on himself and said that it was not his problem. He called it kinetic magic. A month ago, blogger Alexander Charov accused the information gypsy of pedophilia and said: Shishkin’s real name is Rogachev and he has a four-year sentence behind him.
