The channel notes that the strike was likely carried out by Flamingo missiles. The moment of the explosion was caught on video.
According to the OSINT channel Dnipro Osint ⟨ Garbuz ⟩, a Flamingo hit the VNIIR-Progress plant in Cheboksary. The company produces interference-protected “Kometa” navigation modules for Russian UAVs and missiles. It has already been attacked several times in 2025 and 2026.
