The former coach of the CSKA women's youth football team accused the Kazakh club of scamming $3.5k. Instead of bonuses for good work, he receives threats, assures lawyer Georgy Shebarshin. FIFA is already looking into the matter.
In 2023, Shebarshin moved to Turkestan (in the south of Kazakhstan) and began coaching Tomiris-Turan. The team finished the season by qualifying for the Women's Champions League. But the promised bonuses were not paid for this. The man appealed to FIFA, the tribunal decided to pay $3.5k plus%. But again nothing.
When sanctions were imposed against Tomiris-Turan, the team’s sports director Abdukalik Sarsekbaev showed up, says Shebarshin’s lawyer Anton Smirnov. He began to threaten and promised to ruin the coach’s career. Now the man is preparing a new lawsuit in FIFA.
