US President Donald Trump, at a briefing in Palm Beach (Florida), assessed the possibility of resuming military operations in Iran.
“I can't tell that to a reporter. But if they behave badly, if they do something bad… It's possible,” the White House chief said.
Trump noted that after the attacks by the United States and Israel, Tehran retained the ability to produce missiles, and he “would like to destroy them.”
On May 1, he said that he was dissatisfied with the latest proposal for negotiations received from Iran. However, he did not specify which elements of the proposal he did not like.
Reuters reported that the concept of the peace treaty proposed by Tehran includes guarantees that Israel and the United States will no longer attack Iran, and both sides will lift the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
