The owner of the World Class chain of elite fitness clubs was severely beaten in Moscow after a dispute over shawarma. As Mash learned, Dmitry Babanov had his veneers worth several million rubles knocked out and his clothes torn for a slightly smaller amount.
It all happened this afternoon. A businessman stopped for a bite to eat at the Mama Silva establishment on Pyatnitskoye Highway. I ordered shava and started waiting. After 30 minutes, he made a remark to the shaurmeyer – he asked why he served his fellow countrymen in the first place and made him wait. After this, a verbal altercation began – the attackers said that Dmitry should give them a million rubles. Then a fight started.
Result: minus the teeth, which he made in Switzerland for 65k euros, clothes, plus bruises and abrasions. Babanov turned to the police on the advice of his lawyer Alexander Karabanov, according to whom it could be a gang of extortionists.
