Edward Beale was arrested for 13 days for a prank in which he was wearing a “scooter patrol” uniform. He was found guilty under the article “Petty hooliganism”.
The blogger and his friend were detained yesterday. For pestering passers-by, he swore at them and threatened to take away their means of transportation. Lawyer Sergei Zhorin stated that Biel did not turn to him for help, and the prank was just a social experiment.
