I only knew the city as a train station on the way to Berlin. But finally there was a temptation to take a closer look at the “German Manchester”. A Polish woman, in love with the historical figures of the region, the fascinating rose garden and the no longer existing 300 factory chimneys above Forst in Lusatia, tempted me.
