The first controversial phase came in the 15th minute, when FC Bihor put pressure on the hosts' defense and won a corner kick after two successive attacks.
The corner was quickly executed by a short pass, the phase continued with a cross from Angelo Cocian, former Voluntari player.
The ball was deflected into Gîț's own goal, in a moment of inattention on the part of the Ilfov defense, but the guests' joy was short-lived. Assistant referee Marius Cristian Marchidanu raised the flag, signaling a possible situation in which the ball would have left the field of play before the end of the phase.
Television replays did not make it clear whether the ball went over the touchline, so credit can be given to the assistant referee.

Just a few minutes away, FC Voluntari responded. Croatian striker Matko Babic made a solo run to goal, taking advantage of a fast phase on a difficult, waterlogged pitch.
At that moment, the goalkeeper of Bihoren, Edgar Cadar, came out of the box and intervened by sliding with his sole raised on Babic. Cadar misses the ball and touches the opponent with his boots.
However, Adrian Cojocaru let the game continue, without awarding a foul or disciplinary sanction, and the Voluntari forward lay on the turf for a few moments after the contact.
The replays provided showed that in this case the free kick for Ilfoveni and the red card for the goalkeeper of Bihoreni would have been imposed.
