According to the findings of Business Insider Polska, confirmed by two independent sources, Cezary Stypułkowski remains the president of Bank Pekao for the new term. On Wednesday, the supervisory board resolved the competition in which it elected the entire management board. Our informants claim that there have been no changes.
On Wednesday evening, the company issued a statement informing about the end of the open qualification procedure. According to the statement, Cezary Stypułkowski will remain the president of Bank Pekao. The composition of the management board has not changed either.

Cezary Stypułkowski has been the president of Pekao since 2024. He serves as vice-chairman of the Council of the Polish Bank Association and chairs the Large Banks Section at the Polish Bank Association.
