Ioan Vermeșan was offered by Dinamo

A month ago, Andrei Nicolescu, the president of Dinamo, stated that he wanted the transfer of Ioan Vermeșan to the team, specifying that he submitted an offer of one million euros to Hellas Verona. The Dynamo official also said that he did not receive any response from the Italian club.

Vermeșan has become very expensive for the Romanian market; we made an offer and we didn't even get an answer to what we offered and it was a very good amount for Dinamo, we were reaching somewhere close to 1 million euros with bonuses and everything. They didn't even respond informally. They probably wanted at least double and there was no point in arguing
