Daewoo Nexia spectacularly rammed the government building of Mordovia in Saransk. A 32-year-old man was driving – he managed to drive through the pedestrian zone, climb the stairs and hit the door in reverse. There were no casualties. According to our information, the driver was detained and taken to a mental hospital.
It all happened today at 5:20, reports the local Ministry of Internal Affairs. Traffic on Sovetskaya Square is now blocked.
