The court banned a Muscovite from keeping 30 cats in his apartment
Residents of Moscow complained to the prosecutor's office about a man who kept 30 cats in his home. The neighbors tried to negotiate with him, but nothing worked out.
The check revealed that next to the man’s apartment the concentration of ammonia in the air exceeds the norm by 9 times, and the cats themselves are not vaccinated. A lawsuit was filed to ban keeping pets in the apartment, and the court supported it.
