The USS George Bush approaches the Middle East with a deck full of fighter jets

The USS George HW Bush aircraft carrier is sailing near the Middle East, currently in the Indian Ocean, the US military announced on Thursday, the dispatch of this warship thus raising to three the number of US aircraft carriers deployed in the region, informs AFP.
The George Bush aircraft carrier “is sailing in the Indian Ocean, in the area of responsibility of the US Middle East Command, on April 23”, the leadership of the US military announced on its account on the X social media platform.

The CENTCOM post also includes an image of the aircraft carrier with its deck full of military aircraft, according to Agerpres.
The aircraft carriers Gerald R. Ford and Abraham Lincoln have previously been sent and deployed to the Middle East.
