An Indian sailor who complained of medical problems was picked up, on Friday, by a crew of the Romanian Life Saving Agency (ARSVOM) from a ship located in the outer road of the Port of Sulina. He was brought ashore and safely handed over to the ambulance crew.

ARSVOM representatives announced that they were requested by the Maritime Coordination Center (MRCC) to perform a medical intervention, reports News.ro.
“On board the ship Kemal Kuru, under the flag of Panama, located in the outer road of Sulina port, a crew member requires medical attention. At 4:50 p.m., the SAR ship ARES from ARSVOM moved to the location indicated by the MRCC, to pick up the patient,” ARSVOM representatives said.
They mentioned that at 18:25, the patient of Indian nationality was taken in, being conscious and cooperative.
