Integration with DGEP streamlines online account opening, improves data accuracy and increases confidence.
Customers can open an online account in less than 5 minutesit becomes fully active in about 10 minutes, with the digital card immediately available for use.
When the account is opened, the data from the identity document is automatically verified, by comparing the information provided with the data from the official DGEP database. Thus, the process eliminates manual checks and significantly reduces processing time, while ensuring correct data retrieval.
For people who hold the new electronic identity cards, opening an online account at Libra Internet Bank no longer requires proof of home address.
Also, through the partnership with DGEP, customer data is updated automatically, without additional actions on their part, reducing administrative interactions and simplifying the relationship with the bank.
