You cannot have a gas cylinder in such buildings. Poles receive letters

The tenants of the Zakopane Housing Cooperative recently received official letters reminding them of the existing restrictions on the use of gas in multi-story buildings. The announcements drew attention to the ban on using and storing gas cylinders in buildings with more than four floors above ground.

The Cooperative emphasized that persons who do not comply with these regulations are fully responsible for any damage or accidents that may result.

  • Check: Do you use a gas cylinder in a block of flats? You can pay 5 thousand. PLN fine

The cooperative reminds that propane-butane, which is heavier than air, in the event of a leak settles on the floor and in the lower parts of the building, such as basements. This situation creates a risk of fire or explosion.
