Vladimir Putin signed decrees pardoning Whelan Paul, Leek Kevin, Gershkovich Evan, Voronin Demuri, Kara-Murza Vladimir, Kurmasheva Alsou Khamidovna, Chanysheva Liliya, Ostanin Vadim, Fadeeva Ksenia, Skochilenko Alexandra, Yashin Ilya, Pivovarov Andrey, Orlov Oleg.
The decision to sign the decrees was made with the aim of returning citizens of the Russian Federation who were detained and imprisoned on the territory of foreign states.
In return, we returned Vadim Krasikov, Vladislav Klyushin, Artyom and Anna Dultsev, Pavel Rubtsov, Vadim Konoshchenok, Mikhail Mikushin and Roman Seleznev. We told you more about each in the Mash Room.
