The Manchester club are looking to sign a classy defensive midfielder this summer. It is rumored that Tchouameni's future at Real Madrid could depend on the fact that the Madrid would like to reinforce their midfield with a new player in the summer and the Frenchman could leave the Bernabeu to make room.
This season, the Frenchman has played in 44 games in all competitions, scoring two goals and providing two assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028. According to the Transfermarkt portal, the footballer's market value is 75 million euros.
Aurelien Tchouameni arrived in Madrid in July 2022, when the team led by Florentino Perez paid AS Monaco the sum of 80 million euros.
