In Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs conducted a joint raid with the traffic police, during which 5 vehicles were arrested. Their owners owe a total of more than 3 million rubles on loans and fines.
The cars of defaulters in the traffic flow were identified using a special hardware and software complex. One of them – Honda driver Stepwgn – did not return more than 2.9 million rubles to the bank. Also, a credit debt in the amount of 117 thousand rubles became the reason for the seizure of the Toyota Corolla. Three other car owners did not pay fines for traffic violations on time.
“A car can be seized if the amount of debt of its owner is more than 3 thousand rubles. In order not to lose their car, defaulters must repay the entire amount of the debt, as well as the enforcement fee for failure to comply with the demands of the bailiffs, otherwise their vehicles will be sold to pay off the debt,” the press service of the GUFSSP for the Krasnoyarsk Territory recalled.
