According to the prosecutor, he was supposed to do this, among others: in various portals where he posted photos of himself in a T-shirt with the inscription “Pudzianator”, advertising a gambling game in this way, which is punishable by a fine of up to PLN 10,000. zloty.

The accused did not come to the hearing. Katarzyna Antkowiak, representing him, requested that the formal deficiencies in the indictment be corrected.
— The documents prepared by the prosecutor do not indicate during what period and what specific behaviors of the accused are considered to be violating the law. The charges are very general and formulated in such a way that it is impossible to defend the accused. It is not impossible that the word “Pudzianator” could have existed before it was associated with the name of the game, said Mariusz P.'s defense attorney.
