The number of downloads of the VK Video application has increased 4.5 times over the past seven days – to a record 250k installations per day.
According to our information, the platform is suffering for all of us from the slowdown of YouTube in Russia – in the first week of August, content viewing time on VK Video increased by 25%. On average, this is 10.5 million hours per day.
The number of search queries increased by another 86%. In the top: laughers, scientific pop, popular bloggers and content for children. Videos from the Olympics, music and cinema are also interesting.
