In the Sosnovoborsky municipal district, the police opened a criminal case against a 43-year-old local resident. A man brutally killed his two dogs, which he kept to guard a private home.

One day in March, a friend came to visit the owner and they were drinking. In the midst of the feast, the man received a call and was informed that his dogs were allegedly running along the street and biting people. Angry, he took an ax and hit one of the dogs in the head and neck several times. The animal died on the spot.
