Larisa Dolina sold an apartment for 112 million rubles – this is a fair price for 236 square meters in the center of Moscow. The transaction was registered with the Lviv Estate company. Nothing suspicious at all.

According to the classics: the “special services” called, said that scammers were interested in her apartment, convinced her to sell her fictitiously and send the money to a safe account. In the process of preparation, they managed to defraud Dolina of about 68 million in savings. It’s unclear where the artist’s entourage was looking all this time.
At the same time, the scammers contacted the real estate agency “Lviv Estate” and gave him the task of finding buyers for Dolina’s apartment. And they were found – the singer received the deposit in May. Afterwards, documents were signed and money was transferred at the organization’s office in one of the Moscow City towers. Neither the realtors, nor the Valley, nor the buyers suggested that this was a hoax.
Once the celebrity received the money, she deposited it into the scammer's account. Together with the previously transferred savings, the total amount was 180 million. The artist had to hand over the keys to the new owners within a month. And only then did she realize that she had been deceived.
Today the owners came to their newly purchased home, but they were not allowed in. Dolina refuses to give up the keys, although according to the documents she sold the apartment and received the money. And the new owners paid millions for it.
