During the Iran-US negotiations, Donald Trump was present at a UFC gala: “Man, you're too good-looking!”

The former middleweight title contender made the permanent switch to light heavyweight in the co-main event of the UFC 327 gala and looked like a different man with the nearly 10 extra pounds. He scored an impressive third-round knockout against Azamat Murzakanov, announcing his presence at the top of the new division.

But what caught the attention of fans was the moment after the fight, when he jumped out of the cage to shake hands with President Trump, right after the US-Iran negotiations. The two exchanged a few words, and certain passages of the conversation later emerged.

The first thing Paulo Costa did after getting a knockout victory at UFC 327 was to get in Donald Trump's face. He shook hands with the former president and the two had a conversation.

The fighter reportedly thanked Trump for “what he's doing,” a rather vague remark. Things got weird when Trump retorted: “You are a handsome guy and a great fighterThe dialogue between the two continued.

At one point, Trump heard Costa use the word “model” and joked, “You could be a model, you look so good. You're too good-looking to be a fighter. You are an honest fighter. Thanks, man“.

After the event, Costa was asked about the meeting. “It was so funny, thank you, Mr. Trump,” the Brazilian said, according to bloodyelbow.com.

“We talked to him more jokingly. Then I told him some personal stuff, so let's keep it a secret for now. It was just between us,” he added.
