Bogdanka, the Industrial Development Agency and the Łęczna Commune signed a letter of intent regarding cooperation in the preparation and development of an investment area in the Łęczna commune. The project involves creating a base for industrial and business investments, Bogdanka said in a press release.

The planned investment area covers approximately 180 hectares of land located in the area of Podzamcze and Stara Wieś.
As stated, as part of the cooperation, the parties will conduct preparatory activities, including formal, legal, environmental and infrastructure analyses, necessary to launch the investment.
“As Bogdanka, we want to actively participate in the creation of a modern space for business and industry that will respond to the challenges of economic and energy transformation. This is a project that can actually translate into new jobs and diversification of the local economy,” said Zbigniew Stopa, president of Bogdanka, quoted in the release.
In the coming months, the parties plan to develop a schedule and cost estimate for the project and conduct the necessary analyses. (PAP Business)
