Today, after the death of Mircea LucescuArgăseălă put in stanzas some thoughts about the great coach who fell ill.
Valeriu Argăseală, poem dedicated to Mircea Lucescu: “May he last for eternity…”
We play the lyrics in full:
you went
One more…. Escu left us alone,
In the week leading up to Easter,
Without another word he left,
Perhaps sensing that others will be born. And so we were few of good vines,
An old generation of steps,
But he also left without saying,
The secret of life for the rest.
From a young age he began to think,
To his future how it will be,
To know well how to build it,
May it last forever.Pain, time, poverty, longing,
They were his childhood friends,
But sports, books and the speaker,
They took him to the center from the outskirts.
He went and left us longing,
In souls as the smoke leaves a trace,
We will mourn the player, the coach,
As he was, there was no one else. Why didn't you give us the right,
Let's decide your fate sometimes,
That I certainly didn't give you the acceptance now,
When Christ rises you die.
Go, Mircea, where you think you like it,
Maybe it's a better world, wiser,
But we don't know for sure what you'll do yet,
That maybe there is a team waiting for you.
