The increase in cost may primarily affect budget devices, for example those that are bought for schoolchildren and students at the beginning of the school year. According to experts, the reason is the rise in prices on the world market for computer components – primarily memory and storage devices.
In Russia, the situation is aggravated by problems in settlements with Chinese manufacturers and with logistics.
