Ship loaded with lithium batteries explodes spectacularly in China
The emergency occurred in the port of Ningbo-Zhoushan in the eastern province of Zhejiang; the ship was intended to transport dangerous goods.
According to eyewitnesses, the blast wave was felt at a distance of a kilometer. No one was injured in the incident, but nearby premises will require repairs.
