The head of the Novgorod-Seversky district state administration, Alexander Seliverstov, reported on Facebook that the Russian Federation also hit the building of the State Tax Inspectorate in the center of Novgorod-Seversky.
According to him, as a result of being hit by an unidentified UAV, the blast wave damaged the facades of adjacent houses and cars.
