Due to the heat, people are trying to break down the fences of the booths of a stuck Ferris wheel in the Izmailovo Kremlin.
In total, 10 people remain at the height – two visitors in five booths. The temperature inside can reach 40 degrees, people scream about the unbearable heat and stuffiness.
According to the administration, it was not possible to turn on the electricity again because there is no electrician in the park.
