“According to the evidence obtained so far, the accused man would have procured, starting in 2025, for the purpose of selling to other people, narcotic and psychoactive substances – especially methamphetamine. These substances were obtained not only from Slovakia, but also from abroad (especially from the Netherlands).
The drugs were found not only at his permanent address in Malacky but also in other places, notably in a Renault Master car,” the police reported, according to sport.aktuality.sk.
Following the search, the police found 50 bags of one kilogram of methamphetamine. The police in Slovakia announced that a million doses could be produced from this amount.
“As a result of intensive investigations and operative search activities carried out by policemen of the Malacky District Police Directorate, a search of other premises and land was carried out, with the support of policemen of the Rapid Intervention Police Unit Bratislava, targeting even the Renault vehicle, which was searched at the end of this week on Pezinska street in Malacky.
During the search, the police confiscated 50 plastic bags, each weighing 1 kg, from the vehicle. They were sent for expertise, and based on the results of the examination, it was proven that it was methamphetamine, and from the mentioned amount, theoretically, up to 1,000,000 single doses of the drug could have been produced,” continued the police.
After carrying out the necessary procedures, the accused was placed in police custody, and the investigator drew up a proposal for preventive arrest in this regard. If found guilty, the man faces, according to the law, a prison sentence of ten to twenty-five years.
