In Krasnoyarsk, a fire truck was unable to reach a house in the Tikhie Zori microdistrict due to a narrow passage.

It all happened on the evening of March 31 in an apartment building on Lesnikov Street, 34. A garbage can caught fire in one of the entrances, firefighters went to the scene, but they were unable to get to the source of the fire by car due to the narrow passage. As a result, rescuers were forced to put out the fire manually. The tragedy was miraculously avoided; no one was injured in the fire.

Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Ilya Zaitsev drew attention to the situation and sent an appeal to the city administration with a request to check the actual possibility of approaching and turning fire equipment to house No. 37, assess the compliance of the passages with the requirements for width and radii, and also consider options for reconstruction if the current scheme does not physically work, and identify by name those who approved all this.

“Today everything worked out. But the question remains: what if, God forbid, it’s not a garbage container that catches fire and you can’t put it out manually? And is there a limit to the greed of developers and those who approve such development?” — the parliamentarian spoke in his Telegram channel.
