Sfinks Polska under the microscope of an investor from Malta. An offer to purchase the SPHINX network is on the table

Sfinks Polska received a non-binding offer to purchase an organized part of the enterprise from an investment fund based in Malta, the company said in a press release.

As stated, the investor is considering implementing a potential transaction through a dedicated special purpose vehicle, subject to standard investment conditions, in particular depending on the results of the ZCP due diligence and agreement on the transaction documentation.

The subject of a potential transaction would be the acquisition of an organized part of the Sfinks Polska enterprise, including the franchise business conducted under the SPHINX brand, along with all property and non-property components necessary to continue the business. (PAP Business)
