Polish drones may be sent to the Middle East. Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz declares

The head of the Ministry of National Defense visited Jordan on Tuesday, where he met King Abdullah II. The Deputy Prime Minister also visited Polish soldiers stationed in this country, who are part of the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq.
The command has transferred a large group of this contingent from Iraq in recent days due to the ongoing conflict and attacks by Iran.
Declaration by Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on drone systems
Kosiniak-Kamysz announced the meeting in a post on Platform X. “An important meeting with King Abdullah II of Jordan. We talked about our military cooperation and the presence of Polish soldiers in Jordan,” wrote the deputy prime minister. The minister declared the initiation of deeper cooperation between the arms industries of both countries.
“We are starting deeper cooperation between the arms industries of our countries. Polish companies are ready to come to Jordan, especially those producing drone and anti-drone systems,” we read in the Deputy Prime Minister's entry. During the conversation, the parties also discussed current international contacts and the situation in the Middle East and Ukraine.
Jordan and Polish military cooperation
Jordan is one of Poland's closer partners in the Middle East. Both countries cooperate, among others, in the military field. Near Amman there is a modern KASOTC special forces training center, where commandos from many countries train. Members of the Polish Military Unit GROM also train there.
There are two Polish military contingents stationed in the Middle East. The first one operates in Lebanon as part of the UN UNIFIL mission. The second is NEC Iraq as part of the Global Coalition Forces against the Islamic State. Members of this contingent are primarily involved in training the Iraqi Security Forces. They can also operate in Jordan, Qatar and Kuwait.
