The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the City of Bucharest (CCIB) announces the launch of the registration service in the National Register of Real Estate Advertising (RNPM), through which the rights to movable assets and certain legal relationships become public, opposable to third parties and benefit from legal priority in relation to other creditors.
“Registration in the RNPM is an essential step to protect the patrimonial interests of natural and legal persons, ensuring the recognition and respect of rights in relation to third parties, including in litigation or forced execution situations. The procedure is relevant for movable guarantees, leased goods, debt assignments, loans and other legal operations provided for by law”, he explains Octavian Stocklosa, CCIB vice-president.
An essential tool for the business environment in Romania, RNPM supports companies and creditors who wish to protect their rights to movable assets by providing fast and secure access to registration procedures.
In fact, digitization remains one of CCIB's priorities, in a world in constant motion, to facilitate economic processes.
Răzvan Pîrcălăbescu, vice president of CCIBemphasizes, for his part, that the Bucharest-Ilfov region has attracted more than 60% of the total investments from Romania in the last 35 years, and CCIB is intensively promoting the attraction of foreign direct investments in the region.
Investors can be assured of transparency and receive professional support for any technical procedures by contacting the RNPM.
Among the main advantages of registration are legal priority over other creditors, opposition to third parties, increased legal protection, as well as the strengthening of clarity in commercial relations.
In the absence of registration, there is a risk of losing the right of preference, the creditor who registered the first opinion benefiting from priority, regardless of the date of the contract.
As an authorized agent of the RNPM, CCIB offers specialist support throughout the procedure, under conditions of confidentiality, safety and legal rigor, contributing to reducing risks and ensuring the legal effects sought.
