Small businesses in the city of Borodino received more than 16 million rubles for the development of a hotel and production

In the city of Borodino, small businesses received 16.5 million rubles of preferential financing under the program of the SME Corporation and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The funds will be used to modernize the hotel complex and food production.
The loan was provided at 6% per annum for the implementation of investment projects.
Financing in the amount of 1.5 million rubles will be used to expand the hotel complex in the city. The number of rooms will be increased from 40 to 60 places. The location of the hotel is convenient for road travelers who follow the route Krasnoyarsk – Irkutsk.
Another 15 million rubles will be invested in modernizing production and purchasing new equipment for the development of a food industry enterprise in Borodino. The implementation of the project will increase the output of bakery products.
“Supporting small businesses in single-industry towns is one of the key tasks for the sustainable development of territories. Behind every such project there are new jobs and an improvement in the quality of life of people. The preferential lending program started in December 2025, and Borodino became the first city in the region to take advantage of this support measure,” said Roman Martynov, head of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Preferential funds are available to entrepreneurs from 26 single-industry towns and 28 adjacent special economic zones.
You can apply for a preferential loan on the digital platform “SME.RF”, which operates within the framework of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”. The operator of the program is the subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation – SME Bank.
For single-industry town businesses planning to implement an investment project, a preferential rate of 6% applies for 5 years for an amount of up to 200 million rubles. If an entrepreneur needs revolving credit, then the program can attract it for three years at a rate of 10%, the amount is up to 50 million rubles. Residents of special economic zones adjacent to single-industry towns, located at a distance of no more than 100 km from the borders of the settlement where the city-forming enterprise of the single-industry town is located, can apply for an investment loan of up to 200 million rubles at a rate of 10% for 5 years.
