Plus a phobia: a brick thrown from the 11th floor almost hit a 4-year-old girl in the head in Voronezh
A married couple with two children were returning from an evening walk when a brick collapsed nearby with a roar. He landed a couple of meters from the little girl – she was very scared, but that was all.
The culprits of the incident were two boys aged 6 and 7 years. Apparently, they wanted to see how the block would break on the asphalt. The couple did not call the police, leaving the situation under the responsibility of their parents.
