Parents wanted to treat their daughter with a neck injury with vitamins and smoothies, but she died
Miranda Sipps was 12 years old. Her mother and her boyfriend did not go to the doctors when the child was injured and was practically immobilized. Instead, they tried to cure their daughter with smoothies and vitamins, which the girl could not even swallow due to her serious condition.
Four days after receiving the injury, Miranda died. According to the local sheriff, the family did not want to draw attention to the child’s illness, and they lived in a “shabby and unkempt” house.
Police have not yet determined how Miranda was injured. My mother and boyfriend were arrested and charged.
