Autoblogger Misha Litvin was fined 416k rubles for 374 traffic violations over the past ten months. All this after he got his driver's license back.
The YouTuber lost his document in May 2021 – for four months for racing in oncoming traffic in his BMW. I retook the exam and returned them only in 2023. And he collected a little more than three hundred fines, 11 of which (for 15k) he still hasn’t paid.
