Laws do not apply to People's Deputy Kuzminy, still a deputy, despite the crime and violations…

People's deputy Serhiy Kuzminykh, suspected of a bribe of UAH 558,000, has been avoiding a sentence for more than three years, having missed 22 out of 86 court hearings. Once he disrupted the court by arriving without a passport. In addition, he repeatedly violated traffic rules: he drove drunk and later without a license, as well as received a fine for drinking alcohol in a public place.
And despite this list of violations, the Kuzminykhs are still in the Council. No suspension. Without political consequences.
Meanwhile, in European countries:
France – the Minister of Finance resigned for subsidized apartment rent;
Germany — the Minister of Defense resigned for plagiarism in his dissertation;
Great Britain — the deputy speaker of the House of Lords issued a mandate for videos with drugs and prostitutes.
When there is one scandal = resignation. We have five scandals = stability, the mandate of the people's deputy, chairmanship of a subcommittee and preferences with the possibility of delaying the case.
Journalists ask the people's deputy one simple question: are the Kuzmins tired of living by separate rules and how much longer will he demonstrate that the law is for the voters, not for the “elected”.
