– Right now we are focusing on the SAFE program, it is our priority – said the minister, who visited London on Tuesday. He added that this is “close to EUR 44 billion available to us immediately.”

Reuters asked Domański about other programs, such as the initiative of Great Britain, Finland and the Netherlands to conduct joint defense procurement.

We are participating in the talks – replied the minister, adding that these were the work of working groups at the technical level.

The British-Finnish-Dutch project is one of several such initiatives aimed at directing more private funds to armaments, noted Reuters.

Domański participated in the CEE Capital Markets conference in London. He said there that he was counting on new investments by British arms companies in Poland and decisions on this matter could be made within 3-6 months. (PAP)
