You can now pay for travel on public transport in Krasnoyarsk through the MAX messenger. Another payment method is being introduced for the convenience of passengers, the mayor’s office reported.
This form of payment is already available for paying for travel on bus routes No. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21, 23, 25, 27, 43, 50, 58, 59, 60, 61, 63, 65, 71, 77, 78, 80, 81, 83, 85, 88, 90, 92, 94, 98, 99, 173.
The service was developed by Infocom LLC. Experts say that they have tried to create an intuitive interface that will allow even those passengers who have not previously used digital payment methods to start using the MAX bot
“In vehicle interiors where this payment method works, stickers with a QR and digital code are placed. To buy a ticket through MAX, you need to point the camera-scanner at the sticker, go to chatbot “Urban transport” and then follow the instructions. The electronic ticket will appear in the MAX dialog box. It can be provided to the controller if necessary. The developers have provided protection against the presentation of a screenshot. Payments through the national messenger MAX will help solve payment problems in cases of mobile Internet restrictions,” explained the Department of Transport.
Let us remind you that in Krasnoyarsk city transport there are several options for paying for travel: in cash, all types of cards, applications, chat bots in instant messengers. Passengers can use a convenient method and choose an alternative in case of technical failures.
